This is a family medicine practice in Middletown, Delaware, owned and operated by a Physician Assistant with a doctoral degree in medical science. While this practice is able to see patients of all ages, we do not have the capacity to keep the scheduled CDC recommended vaccines in stock for our pediatric as well as our adult patients. We are in support of vaccinations, but will provide prescriptions for vaccines at your local pharmacy.
