In the office
Family medicine care to include chronic disease prevention and management, pediatric care, annual physicals and bloodwork interpretation, PAP exams, Xeomin cosmetic injections, gender affirming care.
Telehealth
Virtual assessments upon request. If a virtual assessment is deemed more appropriate for an in house visit, the visit will be switched accordingly.
In the home
In home assessments for sick visits as well as new parents, elderly patients, and those that prefer in home service. If the visit is not appropriate for care with our practice, I will help connect you with the right people.
Think old school family medicine where the provider comes to your house. But better.

Primary care
Routine primary care, including physicals, medical evaluation for concerns that have been on your mind for weeks, months, or even years. This is not an urgent care. While we are able to treat common sick visits (in home only), we do not have portable lab services or do in-house laboratory testing. All lab testing that is ordered will be sent to LabCorp or Quest.

Over tele-health...
Telehealth is a more approachable means of healthcare delivery for many. If that sounds like you, please consider scheduling your visit as a tele-health visit. If there is a concern such as new abdominal or pelvic pain, chest pain, or trouble breathing, please go to your nearest urgent care or emergency room.
